Hemos invitado a María Barrero Rescalvo, investigadora sobre el impacto urbano del turismo y miembro del colectivo sevillano CACTUS (cuyo reciente fanzine da nombre al episodio), para hablar sobre este fenómeno que condiciona dónde no puedes vivir, qué puedes hacer en el espacio público, la identidad del territorio y también tus deseos de escaparte y vivir otras vidas. Trataremos de situar al turismo en el contexto de las transformaciones capitalistas y la coacción del “de algo hay que vivir” que sufren los territorios periféricos. Analizaremos su impacto sobre la vida cotidiana y el acceso a vivienda, alternativas de vida y derechos laborales básicos.
