4.1 Parshas Haazinu – Shuvoh 5784

[4] 5)      Comments on the poem אדר והוד אתן בצביון. 6)      On the 2nd day of Rosh haShono we arranged ‘Shofar in the Park’. One Russian Jewish man was so inspired that he approached me and said: “I know you can’t handle money today, so I’m stuffing it into your pocket”. He did so (it was 200 euro!) and went on his way. What am I now supposed to do? [5] 7)      A Jewish man is interned in prison. He was able to organise a Succah, which he will be able to use in the evening, but not during the day. Should he be trying to avoid eating bread or mezonos during the day? [6] 8)       I have a choice: to invite people eat in the Succah on the 1st night of Succos, or to bentsh Lulav on the Sunday. [5] קי"ל שאסור לטלטל ביו"ט מה שאין לו צורך בו ביום (שוע"ר סי' תקיח ס"ב). ונראה שיתנהג כמי שמצא עליו ארנקי בשבת (שוע"ר סי' רסו סי"ח). ואין להחמיר מדין מציאה (שם ס"כ), כי בנדו"ד כבר בא הכסף לרשותו. בשו"ת באר משה ח"ח סי' קסג נטה להקל ע"פ שיטת הרמ"א (או"ח שם) להתיר ההוצאה להגן מגניבה. ובס' יו"ט כהלכתו פי"ג הע' 8 פקפק טובה בזה, כי קי"ל דלא כרמ"א בזה.
