4.15 Spiritual fundamental principles of Psychoneurology with Yvonne Maywether

A native of Southern California, Dr. Yvonne is a traditionally trained, board-certified emergency medicine physician who has worked in Los Angeles for 20 years. Dr. Yvonne has been an advocate of nutrition and exercise for most of my life. She has had some health challenges through the years due to a stressful lifestyle, including adrenal dysfunction, gluten sensitivity, and other food sensitivities, and stage 4 breast cancer. She is currently in remission. Later on, she became a student of Psychoneurology at Beurin University during my journey with breast cancer. She attributes her remission to the spiritual fundamental principles of Psychoneurology.
