Should the biological father’s name appear in the Kesubah?[5] 6)       When covering my eyes for Shema, need I remove my glasses? [6] 7)       In order to be given the benefit of the doubt that one requested rain in Shmoine Esrei – does it depend on the passing of 30 days or having said the request 90 times?[7] 8)       We’re having a large event on Motzei Shabbos. May non-Jewish waiters prepare the tables on Shabbos?[8] 9)       Is striking a match on Yomtov forbidden Min haTorah or Miderabonon?[9] 10)   Feedback on why the third parsha of the Shema is said in RT Tefillin:[10] [1] ביאור הלכה סי' שלב: בסי' רסו [בשוע"ר: שם ס"א] הותר למסור כיסו לנכרי כי אין אדם מעמיד עצמו על ממונו. בסי' שלד [בשוע"ר: שם סכ"ה] נאסר לבקש מנכרי לכבות דליקתו כי אדם בהול על ממונו. י"א שההיתר בכיס הוא כי האדם אינו יכול לזרוק ממונו בידיים, משא"כ בדליקה – שההיזק בא ממילא. אבל בשו"ע שם מתיר להקיז בהמתו המסוכנת ע"י נכרי. לכן מחלק שראוי להתיר איסור קל בגלל הבהלה על ממונו, אלא שבדליקה יש חשש שיצטרף עם הנכרי לכבות עוד. אלא שלפי זה צריך ביאור: למה התירו אמל"נ בביה"ש בהפסד מרובה [שוע"ר סי' רסא ס"ב], והרי גם בשבת עצמו הותרה? ולדעה הא' י"ל שההקלה בהקזה הוא משום צער בעלי חיים.
