Our special guest on Rising Tide Startups is Amy Smith, founder of Aligned Tribe.  Amy Smith started her first business at the young age of 12 and by age 22 was working across the globe helping organisations of all sizes from start-ups to large enterprises, such as HSBC and the YMCA to optimize their Human Resource strategies. Amy has worked within one of the largest executive networks of 16,000+ executives across 16 countries; supporting CEO’s and Non-Executive Directors of companies (circa $5 million to $100 million) ‘behind the scenes’ to build their personal brands and effectively launch and grow their own executive coaching businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Currently, Amy is one of the youngest members of the Directors Institute Next Generation Board of Directors.
