It is on its way to the desk of Governor Polis. This bill goes exactly against the will that Colorado voters expressed in the most recent state wide election. What is happening in Colorado may not be being called by a fancy progressive title like, "The New Green Deal" - but make no mistake that this exactly the direction Colorado is heading. AOC has had an FEC complaint made against her for a subsidy scheme. She and her campaign manager are alleged to have violated campaign finance laws. Meanwhile, she is demanding the tax returns of President Trump.
