4. Are you being a mean girl? Here’s 3 tips to squash your negative self talk

from The Business Of Her · host Laura Canham

I’ve noticed a new pandemic recently and it’s spreading like wildfire. It’s this weird era of women being totally and utterly mean to themselves and i’m on a mission to stop it.Whilst I love strategy and having a plan for all the things, if we’ve not mastered our mindset it’s pretty impossible for our business to grow. Working with my clients over the years, I constantly see women telling themselves they aren’t good enough, smart enough, talented enough, pretty enough, thin enough - all the enoughs. Their thoughts have stopped them from reaching the next level of growth.Negative self talk has huge impacts on what you do (and most importantly, don’t do) in business so you absolutely need to master your mindset if you want to create success. In this episode I share 3 different things you can do whenever you catch yourself being a mean girl. This is not an overnight process, but it’s going to make such a huge difference for you to have a whole bunch ot tools in your toolkit. I recommend choosing the one that feels the easiest and most aligned for you and commit to the practice for a full week and see how different you feel.LINKS:Join Laura’s FREE weekly newsletterConnect with Laura:Instagram: @lauracanham_Website: https://www.lauracanham.com TikTok: www.tiktok.com/lauracanham_Sales Secrets is a private podcast for female entrepreneurs ready to finally crack the code on selling with ease.
