The question remains though, how do you build a winning team? It starts with recruiting the right talent. The foundations you have laid will set you up to continue your business growth. Where are the gaps, what expertise do you require, when and who should you recruit? Recruiting for the right talent is the start to building a winning team. Recruiting is a skill that can be learned and having a strategy in place is required. Once you have found the right talent you then focus on onboarding, training and ultimately ensuring you retain your talent. As Richard Branson famously said “Clients do not come first.
