Today on the podcast we are changing up our format with a roundtable discussion about midlife friendships, how to make friends over 40, women’s support in midlife ! I’ve invited two of my dearest friends to join me. This is something many women requested as a topic of discussion on my midlife survey.The keys we talk about today are:-Intentionality-Finding commonality-Courage to inviteDuring the interview-You’ll hear a reference to our Pot luck & Prayer group that we’ve had for over 4 years. Submit them to me at https://debbiecunningham.net/podcast Now let me introduce you to my guests today! Paula McCulloch has been married over 43 years to her husband Paul, She has 2 adult children and 1 granddaughter. She is an Award winning Christian country artist, (Including female artist & new artist of the year awards). She is an avid traveler and enjoys listening to and writing music. She enjoys daily Pilates and Barre classes and walking her puppy, Hope. Her love of reading fills up her spare time with particular interests in nonfiction, history, and biblical studies with an emphasis in Bible Prophecy.Sharyl Allen has been married 36 year to her husband Lyndon, has 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. She ministers alongside her husband presenting marriage seminars at churches, called I DO 4 Life.One of her favorite activities is horseback riding! She loves spending her spare time with her family and enjoys vacationing at the beach!Okay friends that’s it for today.
