Seattle Seahawks GM John Schneider USED to be known for trading down in the first round, but then 2019 happened. That year, he traded back twice, hoping one of the many talented defensive linemen in that year's draft would still be there for the taking after he accumulated additional draft picks. But things didn't go the Seahawks way that year, with a number of prospects they had their sights set on picked off unexpectedly before they finally got their turn to choose - forcing them to settle for DE L.J. Collier. Collier never made an impact in Seattle, and Schneider (perhaps not coincidentally) hasn't moved of the team's first round selection since. Could this be the year he reverts to his old preference, especially in light of the depth of this draft class?
