4 - Forgivness

If you forgot to forgive it's cool, many of us forget to forgive. I had to explore how each person deals with forgiveness, and encourage you to forgive who hurt you . As a word of advice, trauma will repeat itself over and over until you deal with it at the root by forgiving In today's episode of The Prescription for Trauma I mentioned how mental health is more spiritual than behavioral. Especially when we are talking about trauma that hasn't been forgiven it will influence your behavior.
