4 Gentle Blindfolded Yoga To Relax The Entire Body

In this class we will be blindfolded and lie on our backs the entire practice as we relax and stretch the body. We will explore postures such as reclined butterfly, reclined pigeon and supine spinal twist. We will also work with our breathing. The practice ends with a guided relaxation (shavasana). Level: BeginnerRecommended Props: A blindfold, e.g., a thin scarf around the eyes or an eye pillow. 1 block, a yoga belt and a blanket. Useful, but not necessary.
