This month, we report from the front in the war on the holidays. The battlefield: Pigeon Circle. Every year, one house turns the entire cul-de-sac into what some neighbors call a "circus," flooding their driveways with sno cone and hot drink stands, and so many tourists. Tourists they compare to so many dogs.
