4. In With...Strengths and Passions

Jenna finds a letter from her 17-year-old self that predicted the future. We look at the stuff we’re good at, the passions we’ve had since forever and how we need to immediately do more of those things at work (and honestly, outside of work too). We begin to excavate, polish and reveal our jewels to the world and learn that we’re not doing anyone any favors by being shy about our gifts.
