4 Intro to Mindfulness Meditation: Craving/Desire and Aversion/Disliking The First Two Hindrances

This is the fourth of six introductory guided meditations: Sometimes one can hardly find the breath to use it as a training object. At such times a meditator can up-level the game and become aware of which of the Five Hindrances are present. The first two form a polarity: Craving and Aversion.
