#4. John De Graaf, Beauty and Well-being

from The Economics of Well-Being · host Mark Anielski

#2. June 8, 2018.  John de Graaf is my new guest on An Economy of Well-being podcast. John is a Seattle-based independent producer of the award-winning television documentaries Affluenza and Escape from Affluenza, and is the national coordinator of Take Back Your Time Day. He spoke to me today measuring happiness and about his new project call And Beauty for All. Intuitively we know there is a connection between beauty and our sense of well-being and happiness. We believe all Americans appreciate beauty, regardless of their political views, origin, economic status or creed, and that working to restore beautiful landscapes and create beautiful places is a non-partisan cause that can bring us together and build community in polarizing times.
