4. Liberland: a new nation between Croatia and Serbia enabled by web 3 technology. Feat. Vit Jedlicka, president of Liberland.

On this episode of Mizter Rad Show, we explore the fascinating topic of how Liberland, a new country founded in Eastern Europe, came into existence. President Vit Jedlicka shares the process of how they found and claimed suitable land for Liberland, particularly the challenges they faced with neighboring governments. We learn about their unique approach to governance, which involves letting taxpayers directly decide on how their taxes will be used, and how they use blockchain technology to automate and make government operations transparent. Finally, the speaker raises concerns about the risk of allowing people to vote on topics they may not have enough knowledge on and the need for mentors or experts to make decisions on important matters.
