Mairi is in space! Space, also known as THE ASTRAL SEA is navigated via specialized ships called SPELLJAMMERs. Mere moments after arriving in space Mairi and crew, aboard their commandeered spelljammer CEPHALABROAD, were attacked by GITHYANKI. They vanquished several of the boarding party and took one soldier, LIEUTENANT ZANTH hostage. He told them their planet was being seeded to drain its life energy and fuel that of his home star, XARYXIS.
