4: "Marvin YOU'RE NAKED!"

Marvin, 22 at the time of the investigation, chatted with a decoy named “Cindy”, who he believed to be fourteen. He wanted to do it raw, believing he knew how to avoid pregnancy because he was a med school student. Marvin then told the decoy he wanted to "blank" her everywhere in her house so she'd remember him. The conversation then turned to pets. Having been told by the decoy that she had a male cat, Marvin told her it would turn him on if she had sex with him (the cat). The decoy said she didn't think she wanted to "blank" the cat, so eventually Marvin agreed to walk into the house naked in order to have that happen.
