#4 Name That Feeling!

from Catholic Moms in the Middle · host Jennie Guinn

In this podcast, I will share how emotions are a gift from God. We will explore how to recognize emotions, how to describe and be present with emotions, and observe what happens as you experience your emotions. An important question to ask is... Do your emotions lead you to vice or virtue? Your emotions are created in your mind. They are dictated by your thoughts, your judgments, your opinions, your views and your outlook on the world. In the Catechism, Our Lord called man’s heart the source from which the passions(emotions) spring. So, doesn't it make sense to spend time learning about emotions and how they impact your life? About the Host Jennie is the founder of the Catholic Life Coach Academy. The Academy is designed to equip and encourage Catholic women to create strong connections in their faith, within themselves, in their marriages and other important relationships so that they can lead happy, healthy, holy lives. Jennie teaches life coaching concepts through the lens of Scripture, Church teachings and the lives of the saints. The Academy offers group coaching and one-on-one coaching designed to help women discover their authentic God-given purpose.  www.catholiclifecoachacademy.com
