4 people found shot at Rock Hill apartments

Four people were shot during a party at an apartment complex in Rock Hill on Saturday night, police said.  Rock Hill Police were called to the Villas apartments along Celanese Road around 9:15 p.m. When officers arrived, they found four people who had been shot.
