Science tells us that trauma is epigenetically inherited for at least three generations. And beyond intense trauma, many of us have experienced - being conscious of it or not - very difficult and demanding episodes in our lives. What’s the relationship between trauma and coaching? How do traumatized people perceive everyday life? What are the coping mechanisms many of us (ab)use to flee from the constant terror of our collective armageddon lurking around the corner?
