We have been working our way through the book of Titus discovering the instructions the Apostle Paul is giving to the young leader Titus on leadership in the church. Leadership is an important issue in churches and how it is set up matters. This week we conclude this series on leadership with how to establish and maintain a healthy culture in the church. The key factors we will learn this week involve dealing with destructive forces and constructive forces. Discouraging the destructive ones and encouraging the Constructive forces are the keys to building and maintaining a healthy church culture.
