4. The Spiral of Life - My Journey Part 2

Ali's story of initiation and journey continues in this powerful episode of Soul Archaeology. Relecting on her upbringing, surgeries as a child, all eventually leading to a realization of her authentic framework. Originally rejecting herself to maintain an image of who she thought she was, in order to be accepted, loved and chosen. As she fell into an inward spiral, she removed old coping mechanisms and spent time in solitude. She recalls a time while caring for her dog, Arlo - describing his cancer journey and traveling to University of Illinois for his treatments, how this activated fears and attachment framework within her. As she cared for him, she cared for herself. Although she felt like a completely new person and things shifted dramatically, none of this happened overnight. Ali immersed herself into podcasts about spirituality, astrology, shamanism and awakenings, eventually realizing that everything was interconnected. While having this awakening experience - she realized that the old way of being no longer worked for her. She had to fully own her power, trust herself, and trust her intuition to see and trust what she was seeing. She went on a solo trip to Europe and experienced diffinitities, descents, and expansion. When she returned, she felt more connected to herself but more lost in the world and wanted to move somewhere new. Recognizing that she married someone different from her - they decided to part ways, which was a huge initiation for her. She learned to reparent her fragmented self and break down her ego to come back to her fullest power. Working through pandemic brought about a shift in manifestation for Ali. The last few years have been characterized by somatic work and an awakening for the world. Our nervous systems are wired for the old world, which has created a general overhwelm. While disregulation is caused by many factors, including energetic, emotional, and physical, many of us have certain catalysts that crack open our awareness, our sensitivities.
