I met Helen at the only ever networking meeting I have ever been to, just before everything shifted on this planet. I so enjoyed getting to know her that evening, and instantly knew she was someone I wanted to spend more time with. I am grateful to be able to say we have found ways to spend time together since, not least of all for two photo shoots I have done with her, but as yet fully clothed! That will make more sense once you have listened to this episode! Helen’s work truly is about transformation. You can see for yourself at both her website + on Instagram, linked below. I have also linked up her newsletter, and the waiting list for Reclamation (Rewriting your menopause journey). I have also linked up her private Facebook group, where everyone is welcome (as well as her general Facebook public page): www.masquephotography.co.uk Insta: https://www.instagram.com/masque_photography FB Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/behindthemasquevip FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/Masquephotographywetherby The books I mentioned in this podcast were: Earth is Hiring by Peta Kelly I am Magnetic by Desiree Mangandog Here is my blog that I also refer to: Is recovery ever complete?
