The following podcast contains spoilers. Yes, we're talking spoilers, folks. So listeners, you've been warned. If you don't want anything ruined about the newest movies that have just recently come out, then maybe wait until you've seen it then come back.
That being said, enjoy the show. Transformers, robots in plain sight. I think you're doing it wrong, Chris. That's how it goes.
Nope, but that's how the movie goes. That's exactly how the movie goes. That's correct. Unfortunately, the Transformers don't really transform anymore.
Oh, boy. Welcome back, folks, to another episode of Farm to your Reviews. This is episode four. Number four.
Rothro. Yes, and today we're doing the last night, or Transformers the last night. The fifth Transformers movie. Transformers five.
Lots of vibes already. My name is Chris. And my name is James. James, let's get into the beef with this right now.
I'm just going to go out and say it. We're not going to get this episode. It's going to be long. Nope, it's going to be short.
Short and sweet compared to the other episodes. We just want to blast right through this, because we felt like this movie wasted enough more time sitting in that goddamn beer. Yeah, that did. We struggled to stay awake really for the last half hour, 45 minutes.
I was right there with you. I mean, granted, I did work. We both worked that day. We both worked that day.
But we went to the late show. And you went to the late show at 9.50. But an action that we should probably not be falsely. No, no, it should not.
Holy shit. And I'm the type of person that I will shit on you if you fall asleep in the movie theater. And I was one of those guys that was falling asleep in the movie theater in the last half hour. It's bad when you walk into the theater and the manager asks you what movie you're seeing.
And then he goes, oh, yeah, that's a good nap. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Goddamn.
That's your sign. Yeah. OK. So let's get into it.
Let's talk about the previous Transformers movies. OK. So we had this in the fifth movie in the franchise that we previously mentioned. For the prettiest four, we got, right off the bat.
Let's just say this. This is 10 years of Transformers movie. Yeah, OK. The first movie came out in 2007 with a little shy look of Shaya.
And Megan Fox, the Cleopatra. Megan, that's not the way that's not any. Dumb fingers. Oh, do yourself a favor.
Actually, you know what? Don't, because your fingers are weird. But whatever. Dumb fingers.
Yeah. Tothoms are. Tothoms are. I really hope people call it.
Point is. 2007. Time, though. 2007 Transformers.
Hold on. And Michael dace lens flares and explosions galore. A lot of explosions. I had fun with it.
Because I was a young lad. I didn't know much else. And I'll still go back to that one and watch it just put on something background. Yeah.
You can still enjoy it. I mean, after watching for other not so good movies. Yeah. I mean, I can't necessarily recite this plot or any of the other plots, if that matter.
We'll try our best. I know this. The first one involved. What is it?
The Allspark? The Allspark? Trying to get the Allspark to create Cybertron on her. That was Megatron, right?
Yes. Yeah. OK, cool. Going to the second one that came out in 2009.
I was trying to throw revenge on the fallen. I just remember this one for being, they had a giant robot at the end with two wrecking ball testicles. You remember that? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And also like the racist robot twins. That was a good time. That was a good time. Yeah, yeah, that's exactly correct.
Yeah, I want to treat that one. I can't remember that. There was just some evil robot and Optimus got wings. Yes.
Anybody thought me? Pretty much some of the movie and Optimus one. What is it like another alspar thing that had some stabby bagger that you put in the alspar and you come, thanks. Super Saiyan or something like that.
I feel like that was around the weapon. Yeah, they're going to destroy the sun, I think, with the caravines, right? I think that was the thing. Yeah.
That sounds right. Third one. Third one, 2011. We got...
Oh, that's right. Yeah, I think it's actually the English one. She's a rosy, hunted to the white leaf. Yeah, she's a Jason Statham's program.
She just gave birth to that baby's smoke show. That was in a beautiful, great muscle tone and great cheeks. They'll tell you what's his name, Nick Trini from Grey's Anatomy. That's right.
That's right. That's a dentist. That piece of shit. Dark of the Moon was 2011.
Yeah, that one has a warch title. It does, yeah. That's a dumb moon. Who writes that?
Who writes that? I don't know if it's going to be Michael Bay. Probably not. Probably not.
Probably not. So many fuckers are tired. Someone that he's was involved with, hopefully not anymore. I mean, I kind of get it.
They do go with the moon on that one. I forget, because it's falling ship and they're like, Sentinel Prime goes bad on them. Yeah, that's the Battle of Chicago. Yeah, that's what Chicago is.
That's actually pretty cool because they have Shockwave and he's tearing up, he has like this tentacle ship that he's wrecking and building and stuff. Some of those sequence is actually pretty cool. Again, you have a typical, like a typical Michael Bay Transor ship. They have a lot of fun.
Yeah. It's not fun. Yeah. So the fourth one, that's arguably like, they did some good things again but a lot of those stupid, it's really stupid.
Yeah. What's that? Age of extinction. Age of extinction, that's right.
With the dinosaur robots is when they kind of get introduced. Yeah, they only introduce the end and they're on screen for like 10 minutes. Yeah, and they're cool. Like, they're supposed to be badass and often this wrangles them like this.
Pretty quickly. We need this to do that and save the world and I don't know. It was some, it was a gun face robot. He was a assassin robot and he was coming down to...
Oh, c'mon man. Like these end of episodes. Yeah, you guys. That one.
And they're so long, that's the thing too. Like they're just getting progressively more and more long. This one was like two hours. This one was 30 something minutes.
So we skipped that one. We're done that. That one came on 2014. This one was like 2017, Transor was five.
The last night. The last night. If this one's actually the shortest Transor was, I think, really, I think you might have to back check me on that one. But there is, I think it's two and a half hours.
The other ones are pushing three hours. Yeah. But here's a fun bag for you. It felt longer.
It did. It certainly did. It's already been, I am devied some stuff here and it's, they've already announced that the Blu-ray extended one. But it's, it's clocked in at 189 minutes.
Keep your kids occupied. I guess it's a hundred and eighty nine reasons why you shouldn't see this movie. Take a minute and do a hundred and eight different things that you'll have so much more fun. Or Marky Mark.
This does not look good. It really isn't. But I mean, he, he's not the issue. I don't have the issue.
I don't have the issue. The actors are the issue. I mean, the actors are the issue. Well, I should say Mark and Mark and the audience are not the issue.
No, no, they're not. Even the female lead, she's not that. What's her name? It is.
I have it here. Laura Haddock. That's the one. Yeah, she actually, she's Peter Quill's mother in the Garett and the Gallaudity movies.
Yeah, but she looks completely different in this. She does look like a fresh chair. She has a very fresh chair. And her breasts are a little bit more pronounced in this one because it's much like Pikes.
It's much like Pikes. I can't even find it. Much like Pikes. I need to distract you from the terrible blue storyline.
You get some titty shots. And should we talk about the plot? This one's more fresh in our minds. We should be able to talk about the plot.
It's a pretty basic plot. You want to give a shot? Just quick run down. Yeah, I guess.
Yeah, go ahead. So last we saw at the end of Age of Extinction, we saw it off to his prime. He's like, fuck y'all bitches. I'm out.
I'm going to find my creator. He's like, fly's off and he goes to Cybertron. Then we kind of jumped to this movie. He's floating in space just for them.
But when he lands on Cybertron here, he arrives there and he's like, oh, shake off the desk. It's all good. And he meets his maker, so-called maker. We were going to introduce him to her antagonist named Quintessa.
And her, she's just this floating robot producer. That accurate? Pretty accurate. Like generic female.
There's no description of who she is or where she comes from. I'm not a huge Transformers fan. Transformers fans out there emailing in, if you know if she's involved in anything in the comics or in the TV shows or anything like that. I don't know.
It seems she was just kind of tossed in here for shits and giggles. And then she makes Optimus go back. She just kind of pets his face and he turns red and he gets an eye scar. She kind of turns and I don't know if I want to say evil, but she- She gives him a different motion under his spell almost.
Put a spell on you. That's correct. That's exactly what happens. She just caresses his face and he's got kind of like a red scar.
Okay, yeah, no problem. Yeah, get that for you, no problem. And then they are on their way to take over Earth. With Earth we can make a new Cybertron.
But he has to get that staff. Isn't that what he gets sent back for? Yeah, yeah, some staff. We're going to do this at the beginning again, another beginning.
To King Arthur times. First beginning. There's like last beginning. King Arthur times.
We're going to do this to- Knight's law. Knight's the round table and they're fighting this action. And it actually turns out that Merlin was in cahoots with the robots and these knights of Cybertron. And it introduces like the magic as the same thing as technology.
Merlin is actually the guest that came up from last movie, Stanley Tucci. Who plays Merlin like a raging alcoholic womanizer piece of shit. And it's supposed to come off as embarrassing and funny as a group all the way back. Fuck me, he hated it.
But luckily he's only on screen for about five minutes. That's okay. And he gets the technology and the staff is actually the staff that is the scalloper. Not really.
He gets the staff and it's actually able to control all these knights. The knights form a giant dragon which is kind of cool. Yeah, the twelve knights of Cybertron. King Arthur, King Arthur, he wields the scalloper.
The caliber of the scalloper is actually put to talisman that is made of Cybertron and stuff. That gets back to Mark Wahlberg later. Another fun factor. He uses the He's awesome.
Neat. Lots of lens flare loud noises. I'll take him a little higher. I'm just going to borrow him from one side.
I'm just going to borrow this guy. I'm just going to take a positive. Is that cool? Yeah.
Actually the one thing I liked about that scene with King Arthur and the knights, when you first see explosions you see fireballs coming from the sky and they're landing. It's like, oh shit. The transformers are just landing in the middle of the battle. Nope.
No curveball. It's literally just fireballs. They're giant fireballs. They're just being launched in a catapult.
Yeah, it looks cool because it's very similar to the shots we saw in the first movie. That was exactly what I was thinking too. It was like they were kind of zooming in into a whole battle scene. Yeah, the transformers coming the same day.
Pop up. No, no, no, that was cool. Let it down. So we get back to the main thing here and again, there's a new paramilitary group around the world.
TRF. I just thought it's different transformers. I didn't even know what it's different. Do you know what it's saying?
No, I don't really think they touch on that. It's like Transformers resistance force. That's probably correct. I think that's it.
Something goes to that. TRF, I was like, Transformer. That's cool. These guys.
They're just like world police that are anti-transformerers. Why? Because they're so cool, dude. And they're just like, nope.
They need cool humans. They don't need to do it. They just need to build a woman. I hear that's all's problems.
Yeah, I'll keep everybody up. Yeah, yeah. And you just have to get some else's papers. God damn aliens.
Hey, see what is there? No, but me, Transformer. Aliens, Transformer. Yeah, you're not a merchant.
You're not a merchant. You're not a merchant. You're not a merchant. You're a merchant.
You're a merchant. You're a merchant. You're a merchant. You're a merchant.
You're a merchant. Anyhow. So we get back. There's zones that you're not allowed.
Weronicized McDonalds on a car. You're a merchant. Yes. I15.
No, no, no. Marshall's been trying to figure out who Transformerone shuts cocaine rigid as everybody wants to hear from me. All they're talking about is destiny. what happens with how Mark Walberg is tied up with Vivian, or how to character?
Anthony Hawkins character. He's, yeah. So at the beginning, five. Yeah, Anthony Hawkins character.
He's like the, what is he like the last time? That's right. Yeah, so the, he's the rich English dude. But he is involved in the Wiccan Clan, and that's this organizing, it's like a nice, it's like a nice round table.
I think the Wiccan Clan is kind of descendants of the 19th round table. That's why his castle is built around the table. Yeah, yeah. So it's funny because it does that classic trope where every major historical figure is a member of the Wiccan Clan, and they're responsible of the secret of the Transformers.
Which has been around for hundreds of thousands of years instead of just 10 years. Yeah, instead of just popping up. Which they like the same way. Even the first one.
The first time we got the World War II. And Bubble B's been fought in World War II. Yeah. Who knew?
Yeah, sure did. But so he's trying to collect this guy, Mark Walberg, who was fighting the good fight. He's the chosen one. He's the chosen one.
The last night. He got spoiler alert. He's the last night. You were hoping that the last night was a Transformer.
Wrong. You tell our keymark. Transformer is the last night, and you don't make a Transformer the last night. Fuck you.
You're going to make a human. Fuck off. That's dumb. I hate that so much.
God damn it. There you go. And so he's part of the, he gets the weird slug patch. That's the talisman.
He has the talisman that he gets from a robot or a Transformer or whatever. And when he gets from the Transformer, the thing's like, Transformer was holding in his hand, and it takes up his whole hand. And then he hands it to Mark Walberg, who's obviously a lot smaller. And then it only takes up his whole hand.
And then there's some discrepancies. And then you have something like that. And the Hopkins, he openly kidnaps the last descendant of Merlin, who is Laura Haddick's heir to a bibian. She's this proper scholarly lady, and her and Mark Walberg have a nice little, oh, you're a blue-color American, a piss posh on you named Twat.
And he's like, hey, I'm Mark Walberg. Hey, fuck you cunt. Pretty much. Hey, but can I see it to you anyway?
So many sex jokes, the old movie. But I mean, they're not bad. They're writing is bad, but they're not bad. They have a decent chemistry.
Enough. I mean, it's no Brennan Fraser and Rachel Baez. Let me tell you that much. But it's serviceable.
Anthony Hawkins, though. He's the oldest show in this movie. I really enjoyed him. For how bad it is, he's really fun.
Because he's at that point now. He's like, I don't give a fuck. I need a paycheck. And that's pretty much how his character is.
Well, he goes hand in hand. He's a goddamn psycho. No other psychopath. He's crazy.
He just kidnaps a woman with his robot. It's Hot Rod. He's a cool robot or a transformer. But he's the transformer personification of Looney Tunes peppy Le Pew.
Yeah. He kidnaps Vivian and is talking, oh, it's my sexy Chevy. What are you coming? That's because you so much.
You're beautiful. And look, just sexually harasses her openly. It's pretty bad because the accent's terrible. I forget because he does the accent on them.
But it's not good. I think I want to say maybe they meant it to not be good. No, no, they just, they're just not good. Yeah.
I don't think it was bad on purpose. And let's talk about the sub-cons. We already do some of the auto-bots and stuff like that. And they're just doing their thing.
Actually, it's funny before I get to the sub-cons. You get a big Lebowski reunion. You have some of the voice actors here. You have Hound, who is a big old John Goodman.
You have that day trader robot coming around selling shit to the Autobots. He's Steve, who sent me. Steve, who sent me. He took us five minutes to figure out who's the weird looking guy.
He was a really good actor in it. And he's buddies with Adam Sandler. And Joe, he's a smarty. He's always a jailer.
He's crazy, he's a crazy guy. He's a knucky something from Boardwalk. He took an awfully long time to figure that out. And who else?
Oh, and of course, from the previous movies. He's been the only consistent one of the previous movies, is John Turo. He's the one that's in Cuba. Oh, yeah.
He's been in every one of them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was thinking. Oh, you're pretty funny too.
He's probably not in this one enough for my liking. I'm actually OK with it. I'm really OK with it. His character is getting more and more ridiculous as the series went.
He's just got more than he has. He's probably had a few times. He's done like in this movie. Yeah, very, very minimal.
Yeah, it's five minutes. Feels a long way. For me, I was just sick of it. He's forcing his wackiness.
And I did notice that this movie was a lot more wacky, like feel than the other ones, even though the last four ones were pretty wacky. This one definitely is a kid's thing. It's probably a different kid to buy toys. Yeah, it shouldn't be the movie shouldn't be targeted.
I mean, it's not it's pretty PG. Other than the blatant sex jokes. I feel like there's no one that's bad. I guess so.
It's not. It's just bad. It's just bad. No one should see it.
It should be targeted at no one. And then the Decepticons aren't in it enough. I mean, you have Megatron who's back for some reason. The last movie, if you remember, his actual body was destroyed from the third one, I'm pretty sure.
And then the humans recreate him. Stanley Tucci's character in the fourth one recreates him. And he becomes, they give him a Galvatron. But he turns back to Megatron by using the same physical form.
But he's back to being Megatron. He looks very Megatron-y. Megatron. And he doesn't have the same kind of flowy, like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
You can't see what I'm doing, but I'm doing it. I'll wave at my arms. And it is totally gloss over that. And they gloss over the Transformingum.
They create it. That was the giant plot from the plot point in the last movie. And it's not existing in this one. They don't really pay attention to the last movies.
And they're not even in their voices for 30 seconds. Yeah. And Megatron's not around a lot. None of the Deceptrons really are.
There's kind of a cool scene where they're hunting in Merbobur. But before that, when they're releasing them all from jail, and they go through each one. They get the rock star kind of entry. It's kind of like the Suicide Squad entry, except shorter.
So it's easier to handle. I don't know why they made a deal. The September. The September keeps the deal with the humans.
And I'm surprised Megatron. Yeah, it doesn't make sense. But didn't just slap the shit out of some of these guys. But in the first movie, I really, really liked.
I think it's actually Michael Bay that it's his uncredited candy or something. They're fighting downtown in the first one. And Megatron gets blasted to the side by Altunus. And Megatron's getting up off the street.
And he's like, ah, pew, human. And he just flicked some. He gets a bunch. I love that because he actually has that disdain for humans.
But there's none of that. There's way more savage towards humans in the first one. And that's slowly gone away. And again, some of these, one of the Deceptrons just get ripped to shred super easy.
Because Autobots are the champions. They don't really fight a fight. No, which is too bad. There's no fighting either.
When they fight, it's short lived. It's a lot of military chasing them. No, good. OK.
I'm not OK. There's so much exposition in this movie. There's so much exposition. You get lost in what's actually happening.
Because anti-opkins will just feel rant for half an hour about what's going on. And you're like, nope, that's that's Spanish to me. Yeah. It's Spanish to me when I'm sitting in China.
It's easy to forget about what's happening during the movie. Like what the goal is. They kind of bounce you around off of characters like him and Jon D'Taro. And they're going all over the world.
Yeah. And you forget about what's going on and why they're doing it. And you forget about the fact they haven't told you why or how or what I mean. After everyone's together, the whole point is that she has to wield the staff.
Because she's just standing. Oh, that's a one. But why? I don't know.
And once she gets the staff, nothing happens. She doesn't do anything. She doesn't do anything. She just picks it up and grabs it over the hole that it's stuck in.
And that's it. She doesn't start from American people. She doesn't just get stolen from her. She doesn't.
Nothing cool with it. Nothing. She gets the whole point. I was expecting her and Mark Wahlberg to get it.
And I was going to pick ass. He's got this house man. I figured he could actually do something. And then she gets the staff.
And I'm like, oh, she's going to marry some Transformers. No. It's just, again, we actually make it sound better talking about it because then the actual movie is, we think we're messing around talking about it. We're giving this to her.
Yeah. And there's nothing to be found there. There's no other. This is what Tess says about Shady Villain, because she's barely on screen.
Her whole plan to find out Earth is Unicron, who's a giant robot. She's just trying to make Cybertron great again. She's just trying to make Cybertron great again, man. What's the problem with that, guys?
And so Cybertron goes to Earth with a negative prime or something. Yeah. Nemesis prime. Yeah.
The bad Optimus, the brainwatch Optimus. He's leaving the charge being much for Quintessa. They're just trying to take over Unicron, use his life force to power back the destroyed Cybertron. They get there off the quick by the way.
And it's just within a half hour. Cybertron looks like shit. It looks like a bunch of trees, really. My roots and gaggle.
Shady ground. And there's a cool fight at the end of the robot and stuff. And the game was teeny-off again. It was built very short.
It's very short. And then all of a sudden, you'd be riding on the Dragon. Night Transformers. Night Rider.
Night Rider is cool. That's cool as hell. You guys take pretty much the three-headed dragon from Godzilla. That's what it is.
Yeah, there's a lot of cool things. But it's just not a bit close together. It's not cohesive at all. You want more of the cool stuff.
You want less of the bullshit. Whoever edited this movie, just quit man. Just stop. Just do us all favor to stop.
It's a good job. The unfortunate thing is, is that the movie we discussed this before as well. The movie is going to do so well overseas, mostly in China, Asia. Yeah.
No, that's where the market is, because that's huge. You have these animated versions of it. I don't know if it's originally handled as well. But yeah, it's a good one.
I was just anime, but it was quite good. Yeah. So we actually had a budget of a whopping $217 million. And what did they do on opening week?
Domestically, they only got back $45 million, which is not great for what they spent. However, that being said, worldwide, as of a couple of days ago from when we're recording this, there was that $270 million. Yeah. So right there.
You can tell right there. And I guarantee you that will happen. That's from me. And so we're six.
We'll see in a couple of years, unfortunately. And there's also a word that there's going to be a bumblebee spinoff that's already confirmed. That's coming out in guess what? 2018.
Really? And then the next one for this will be in 2019. Too soon for this guy. Let's talk about a couple other things here before we take off.
Yeah. That's that quick in episode, guys. What else? What else?
What else? What else? What else? Oh, they kind of kill off.
Sorry, the books character off screen is kind of a throwaway explanation. You just see his picture. And all the previous movies, he was protected. He's deep.
They kill him off on ceremonies. That's just on wall. Yeah. And they use his family's slogan like a motherfucker with no sacrifice, no victory.
Yes. They just they tie it all together. Same four or five times. More than the first thing within 30 seconds.
Yeah. I mean, I don't really have lines to last as I get. There's a three. Yeah.
I don't really have a relative to the movie. And I'm not to say that Michael Bay does a lot of bad things. He's done some cool stuff. Talking about the new, he's produced the new purge movies.
He's done, held up with 2005's Amiville Order, which at the time I really liked. See bad boys. Bad boys. Though the rock with Nick Cage and Sean Connery.
That movie was dope. Yeah. I love that movie. I saw it way too young.
See guys faces nothing. And again, there's certain parts of the movie. See guy, this movie, again, there's a lot of it. This movie is a CGI galore best.
But the transporters look good. It's close up on them. It's crisp. It's colorful.
It is cool. Yeah. You can tell that a lot of work went into the CGI. The transporters are more other than you see, you can see which ones are different for the most part.
There's still some that look very similar. But the main disciplines mean Autobots. They have their own personalities now. They have their own style.
Yeah. They're starting to make the newer ones that are kind of like the support guys. Kind of look like the guys who are voicing them. Yeah.
You know what I mean? Yeah. John Goodman. Even Ken once in obvious.
Yeah. You have the samurai one. The samurai. Yeah.
The kind of like this is like so borderline racist. It's really bad. I mean, yeah. It's all of this.
So it's not racist. No, no, no. Like yeah, that's just watching. I'm sure you have to do it.
I'm sure you have to do it. It is. It is racist. It's probably racist.
It's probably racist. It's probably racist. It's probably racist. It's probably racist.
It's probably racist. No, yeah. It's racist. It's a bunch of you guys.
You know, I want to, I really do want to enjoy these movies then. And I also look at the books about the movie. But I just, I did not enjoy this one. Like as you said, the entrepreneur's sleeping in it.
It's just, and as much as you know, John Anthony Hopkins is a psycho and he's fun. His robot buttler is an absolute psycho bad. Cogman. Oh, he's chocolate.
I love this guy. John DeMalle is back in it. He's reprising his ride, his life, his role. I thought Tyree Gibson was supposed to be mega-cannyland, but I didn't see him.
But yeah, they're always the other The teenage girl is like Who's this guy? Is that a bald guy? Not the same Not even close The actors aren't the issue, it's what they're given with You know what, more credit to them, because they're probably running around a giant green screen set So think about how hard it is to act off an orange ball Yeah, and pretend it's this 70 foot option That's gotta suck So you know what, I just picture it in that right now Yeah, close to them, they try their hardest I hope, I guess, I don't know It's been announced that as of right now Mark Wahlberg and Michael Bay They won't be returning to a transplant We're probably excited about that Michael Bay has directed all five of them, and he's worked with Michael Wahlberg prior to this with pain and gain But they're probably like, Michael Bay is probably sick of it I certainly also, but if he's like, he's fucking annoying I mean, if you're making lots of money off, it's great, but I mean, there's a point Also, how much work are these movies? Yeah Maybe it's not his fault, maybe it's not my fault Maybe it's the studio's fault, maybe it's the studio's fault We're saying, I don't care what's in it, just sell merchandise Bring it over to China and get out of it, get after it Maybe that's their business style, I don't know It's not a good fault, maybe it's me, it's me It's not good for They're not entertained by it, but I mean, I'm sure, like you said, they already made their money off their budget They have a business path, and you have to take all the stuff that goes into these movies That other movies don't get the merchandise I don't think they made back there, all their minds said of everyone And they're probably good, probably good, they're probably good They've already greenlit the other ones It's already in the works, we've seen the franchises collapse after that, they've announced it It's been the movie's been out for something like that, but the franchise has been out for the last 10 years Which is, you know, it's a lot longer than it should have initially But we were all, when it first came out, we were all in the hype train We were all in the hype train, I was seeing other Transformers, you know, slow motion I see slow motion, hype's giving a dumb amount of fun I see a slow motion, they're dodging bullets and stuff, and that's cool, and they're robots Not to robot on robot action in the first one, sounds like porn So, where does this movie leave?
It does have some end credits, you say, but when the movie ends, it leads us to something You're led to believe that Bumblebee blasts Quintessa, but you never actually see her below, she has mis-tivised Which I don't know how to pronounce it, so another thing happens is how to pronounce it No answers, but she appears in the post-crest scene, and she's in a human form And she's convincing an archeologist, something must do, one of the horns of the unicorn, and he's like, oh, I know how to destroy him And at this point, they just think, oh, he's just a robot with a straight eye And then you see her face kind of changing the robot thing, and like, oh, Quintessa's still alive, oh, gives a fuck What was the whole finest movie? Ah, it's a suck of money out of our money, grrr, money, money, grrr, money grabs it, this is why Yeah, it's a Transformers movie, it's a Michael Page, just wait till it comes out on Netflix or don't watch your time, man Yeah, I don't know the movie, don't watch your time, man, I'm sat on there now, like, there's so much you can pass forward You can probably eat YouTube, but that seems in a couple months, yeah, no, but it's like buttons I mean, I really want to see a good movie, this isn't it, and that leaves us to the next point here, next week there's not gonna be a whole lot out I wanted to see Baby Driver in the next film, or the New Egger Right Project, which looks fucking off the chain, however we are limited here in the north of the Illinois It's gonna be a very few options for us We live in a remote city, so remote So remote, yeah, so we're gonna take us a little while to figure out what we're gonna do I think it's something we can watch an Netflix original or something like that, or maybe it looks like a gold the oldie and talk about that Yeah, we could find an old something cool, something you like not too hot, not too cold, but just right Maybe if we know we're going into something that's actually good, because we do want to review movies Really want to review movies, this is three or four of our movies haven't shit, or we didn't like too much Everything good, not really Wonder Woman's our saving grace right now, but we aren't, that's our goal, we want to see the peak of what we hope to see and what we hope to review Like it was a good movie, don't get me wrong, we both enjoyed it, lots of good from it, lots of it But we want to take that extra step, that's right, but in a couple weeks, I have a major fanboy boner because Spider-Man Let's do a robot, Spider-Man homecoming is coming out baby, July 7th, just spin his webs up in theaters soon, so that's gonna be probably in two weeks, not next week's episode Two weeks, two weeks, that should be dope, I'm excited for that, that one, I have hopes for that, I have moderately high hopes for that I've been duped before, I think this will be the worst, thanks dude Spider-Man 2, that looks good, I mean he kinda, I'm kidding, Spider-Man is much like, I'm a bit dirty, I don't know what it would be, I'm here, it's good He brought the mainstream, that was back in the day, they were just throwing superhero movies left, right at the beginning of it The first two hold a special place in life, even the third one, it's the worst one, I like it because it holds a special place in life I went on these movies with my mom, so we always used to go these superhero movies in the first game, we'd wait in line, we'd wait in line, we'd wait in line So that's to go these movies, so I remember coming to the theater here a couple times and waiting in line, like outside, and then people have never been here, you have to go upstairs, like this dingy fucking stairs, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're in stab, finally get out there And they're like, oh I sold out like two people and brought you, that was a thing, man, we'd get in line, we'd wait there, we'd be first, another thing But that hopefully will be there a good movie for a couple weeks time, we'll release next week, what we're gonna do for our next show, episode five We'll post it on Twitter, hey, what is your Twitter?
