from The Modern Creative Woman · host Dr. Amy Backos

Having a smile on your face requires less facial muscles than it does to frown. Have you ever considered that it's actually easier to be your authentic self and just express it? In this episode we are talking about why it's easier to be expressive than hold it all in. And I'll give you some ideas about how you can do that. And it especially is important for us as women to figure out what's most important to us and really move towards it in a way that feels good and authentic.
