from Aren't You Worried? · host Amanda and Lauren

Kwan Fai "Willie" Mak really wanted to rob the Wah Mee Nightclub. He'd been talking about it for years. But he couldn't do it alone, so he enlisted his high school friend Keung Kin "Benjamin" Ng and acquaintance Wai-Chiu "Tony" Ng to help him. Unlike Benjamin, Tony wasn't actually friends with Willie - he just owed Willie some money, and Willie agreed to forgive the debt if Tony came along that night. Agreeing to do so made Tony a party to one of the most notorious cases in Seattle's history.Sources:·       History Link: “Wah Mee Massacre Leaves 13 Dead in Seattle’s Chinatown International District on February 19, 1983” by Todd Matthews·       Los Angeles Times: “Man Convicted in Seattle’s Wah Mee Massacre Gets Parole” by Matt Hamilton·       Wah Mee by Todd Matthews·       Murderpedia: “Benjamin Ng”·       Wikipedia: “Wah Mee Massacre”Support us!Kind Cotton: https://kindcotton.com/?ref=QnByw-DYpjqDiCMoment: drinkmoment.com, use code MOSTWANTEDAMANDA for 15% off!True Crime and Paranormal Podcast Festival: https://truecrimepodcastfestival.com/tickets/, use code WANTED for 15% off tickets!
