Booking a trip to a day spa with my friend is what inspired this episode for me. The way it all worked and the service we received, really made me appreciate what I was getting and, more importantly, made me want to keep coming back and sending my money their way.  So, lets take these lessons from the day spa experience and apply them to customer service in general for us as online business owners to help you get reoccurring customers.
