Processes and standard operating procedures often get viewed as a necessary “evil” , last on the list, they are not as sexy and exciting as sales and marketing and I get this, it is definitely not one of my favorite things, but... unless you want to stay where you are (which I know you don’t) you need this part of the business to run well as this will allow you to grow and scale.
