40. Abe Al-baba: Using Neuroscience to Optimize Our Physical Performance

from HYDRATE with Tracy Duhs · host Tracy Duhs

What does the way you walk say about your brain? How can we use neuroscience to optimize our physical performance?   In this episode of the Hydrate podcast, Abe Al-baba and I dive into the world of Neuro Sports performance and how important the input we give to our brains is to the output we get in terms of our physical performance. In fact, our brain can limit our performance if we don’t give it the right input.     Plus, we talk about how the catalyst to a lot of the chronic illnesses and pains that we might be enduring often lies in the unconscious ways that we act and the habits that we practice on a daily basis. As all of our muscles are connected to different parts of our brain, assessing your habits and changing what is detrimental to your health will help you improve your physical performance.    Abe Al-baba is an institutionally trained exercise physiologist specializing in performance optimization, nutrition coaching and the development of elite athletes. Al-Baba’s focus is to provide the brain with the most appropriate input while performing sophisticated strength and conditioning methodology with the intention of injury deterrence and performance optimization.     To learn more about Abe:   Instagram: @3in1elite Website: 3in1elite.com Book: Fuel Your Performance
