Eating Disorders are often compared to an Addiction, however, the complexity of Eating Disorders lies in the fact that for an alcoholic, you can throw away the alcohol and for a drug addict, you can throw away the drugs, however, for an Eating Disorder, you cannot just throw away the body! In order to survive, WE NEED TO EAT! And in order to THRIVE, WE NEED TO NOURISH OURSELVES adequately. Points discussed:  We need energy to live. Health over aesthetics.
