40. Curtis Kupfersmith: Control Your Time To Control Your Life

Curtis Kupfersmith has had a lot of success in his life on his journey to financial and time freedom. He purchased his first investment property back in 2010 at the age of 19, shortly before moving to Oklahoma City. In 2013, Curtis got his real estate license and ended up selling 50 homes his first full year. From there he grew a team over the next few years to 227 units and almost $30 Million in volume in 2019 before he decided to sell his team. In that time, he's also flipped and rehabbed 15 properties. Today Curtis is a coach a trainer to sales people and is also the host of the "Let's Talk Investing" podcast.
