Toon Gerbrands is oud volleyballer, aan zijn laatste seizoen bezig als algemeen directeur van PSV, heeft 10 boeken geschreven over management en leiderschap en daar wilden we heel graag van alles van weten. We hebben gesproken over leiderschap en hoe dat je eenzaam kan maken, over waar je wel en waar je geen invloed op hebt, wat een goede voorbereiding inhoudt, over de onzin van heisessies en de metafoor van het gezin die altijd kan dienen als voorbeeld om de juiste beslissing te nemen.
