40. Picking a mentor & the red flags to watch out for

This week we discuss red flags to look for when it comes to choosing a mentor. How to tap into the body and get clear on what you want so you can be sure that their values, actions, and leadership style are aligned with yours. Discernment is one of the biggest keys I can give you when it comes to investing in a mentor. Your body is so wise and it will tell you if the person you want to potentially work with is the right fit. Lean in, ask questions, and trust your gut. This episode is filled with red flags I've seen in the mentorship space, some I've experienced firsthand, and some I've regrettably done myself at a time when I didn't know any better.
