#40 Swipe Right Vibe (The Energetics of an Aligned Masculine Dating Profile)

Clarity is a masculine gift that will serve you well in dating. Take time to clarify what you want to experience in dating so you can arrange your actions to create that (i.e. if you want casual, own it). Your behaviors naturally flow from what you are wanting to build. Think about your ideal partner and write to “her”. Given the clarity you have about yourself, use (all) the space on your profile to reflect what’s most important to you that “she” would like to know on the front end. Instead of a one-word response, think about answering the question, “what value of mine does this show?” (i.e. if you post a fishing photo, maybe you use a caption to share what fishing does for you- “I am recharged for the week after I spend a few hours at the lake fishing”). Keep refining your profile as you become more clear of the type of person you are wanting to attract. This isn’t about adding another hoop to jump through, but rather more clarity. When you keep the boundaries about what you are looking for, you will naturally filter out less compatible candidates. It is ok to be honest if there is a situation or personality that is difficult for you to be with and you are not willing to partner with (“I am passionate about my career and I’d like to be with someone who is equally passionate about their purpose”, etc) It’s not about the number of swipes, but about compatibility so use that as a marker of progress.
