40. When suffering becomes the center of theology.

After Crystal decided to leave the team she was involved with, she couldn't pick up a Bible. This cultish group magnified suffering in unhealthy ways, and brought confusion and chaos to her life. Happily, she has come to know that God isn't confusing or chaotic.
