40: Why making mistakes can be good for your celebrant career

She also talks about why it's important to reframe mistakes and to use them as a learning opportunity to make changes and improve your way of working. There may be a lot of perceived perfection out there but this episode shows that nobody is perfect, all celebrants make mistakes and talking about it and normalising it is the best way to deal with them.
