Hi, I am Mark Betts and I’m based in Melbourne the second largest city in Australia. I have senior level experience in major civil infrastructure and transport developments, procurement and delivery of complex projects and strategy in multiple contexts. Recent history is in the heavy rail infrastructure industry including the Victorian Level Crossing Removal Project, Regional Rail Link, and prior across a broad range of building and major infrastructure projects including the iconic MCG Southern and Northern Stand redevelopments and Commonwealth Games preparations. My history includes 7 years as Chair of The Portsea Camp and over 17 years as an independent consultant. I am an experienced director and interested in further board appointments. In addition to the above I have strategic experience in the field of Not-for-Profit Governance’ and a deep interest in leaving the workplace and community in a sustainable position for future generations.
