400 years of Israel in bondage in Egypt

Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney  ...    There arose a Pharaoh who knew not Joseph.  These years fulfilled a promise spoken to Abraham.   Genesis 12     1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:   2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:   3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. (Jews & Gentiles)   4 So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him;   Genesis 15  (God speaks to Abraham)   13 And HE (God) said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;   14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.   15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.   💥💥💥   Israel goes into Egypt during the 7 years of famine and they remain 400 years in Egypt as slaves to the Egyptians until the promised time of deliverance.   Then God brings them out with HIS mighty hand.   From each affliction of this life that we encounter, God has a way of escape and delivers us also!   After we pray for help and deliverance from our problem of this life, we recognize the way of God by the following scriptures:   James 3:17  But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.   God's yoke is easy and HIS burden is light.  (Mt. 11:30)   So if the plan is overly expensive and difficult do to and very complex, you need to stop and pray again and wait for God to give you his plan based on the above characteristics.   💥💥💥💥💥   * For writings on additional subjects, click here:  Jesus Ministries Exhortations Blog
