Beginners-  can learn the basic poses and gain the confidence in their practice to shift to trying new classes. Adepts- can use simplicity to refine their practice to a deeper level of experience. Tip- Always ground both sit-bons, then sit as comfortably tall as is possible, then twist evenly. Namaste.
