Doug is not concerned about making mistakes in his life, rather he cares about the message and grind of having creators and procrastinators getting things done. Doug is all about simplicity. He learned a lot about simplicity through trial and error through video and post making. He uses engagement and taking care of quality customers to help not only retain quality customer service, but also maintaining discipline to not stress and rush things.
