41. Idiom Podcast: Lets Talk about Backlash

Backlash | NOUNA strong negative reaction to another action  If you do something bad, like really bad, you might face backlash. In my last podcast, number 40, I spoke about a couple who flew to Northern Canada to get the COVID-19 vaccine when they should not have. As a result of this, they got their names and faces in newspapers all over the world! A lot of people were furious with them, a lot of people were angry with them, a lot of people were saying they should be jailed or they should pay an even bigger fine.
