Jen and John Kimmich have that power, earned through the creation of their iconic Alchemist Brewery and equally as iconic Heady Topper and Focal Banger beers. More importantly, the pair very much understand and embrace that responsibility. This has never been just about brewing for the Kimmichs, even though John rose to fame for literally creating hazy IPA as a style. Since opening as a 60 seat pub in 2003, the Alchemist has become a brewery known worldwide for not only white whale beers, but also for their multi-platform focus on sustainability.
