It’s Movember, and we are once again supporting the campaign to bring awareness and funding to men’s health related research and treatment along with our friends at The National At-Home Dad Network, Life of Dad, and Dad 2.0 Summit. In this episode, we focus on men’s mental health, and more specifically, suicide prevention. Dr. Sally Spencer-Thomas joins us to talk about the Carson J. Spencer Foundation, on organization she co-founded after her brother’s suicide in 2004. Sally talks about the programs they run to reach men in most need of support and least likely to seek it.
