41. Ready. Set. Change. (Change Within Series)

This is the final episode of the "Change Within Series" and it was originally aired on Facebook Live on January 18th, 2021. Before jumping into the subject matter, the team breaks down their "Mental Minute." Michelle expounds on what it's like working in finance during the month of January, PK shares her new self-care activity, and Seth vents his fears about some big things happening at his job. From there, the team unpacks an assessment entitled: 7 Traits Change Readiness Assessment which included Resourcefulness, Adaptability, Optimism, Confidence, Adventurous, and Tolerance for Ambiguity, and Passion/Drive. There's a bit of comedy mixed with genuine insight shared amongst the team as they explore their own assessment results. At the end of this episode, PK shares some big news with the team. As of 2/1/21, PK Langley is stepping down as a standing co-host of Mental in order to focus on her other priorities (hence the new logo of just Michelle and Seth). PK is now running her own show called Ask PK as well as focusing her energies on her counseling practicum. It grieves Michelle and Seth to see her leave the show but wish her the best in all that she does. While she wasn't a permanent co-host, she left an imprint and for that, we are thankful.
