Yoga Ralph is a former gangster yogi who is cohost of one of pittsburgh’s most successful podcasts the ‘anybody can do this show.’ He hosts popular sound baths, also has his reiki training and curates energy healing experiences in McKeesport and Irwin. His story is remarkable, from his 100 lb weight loss, to his adventures with Ayahuasca and alternative medicine this was a fascinating conversation.
