Your number 1 priority should be to gain that next team member. The one who will give you back the time you need to actually grow your business, because you can delegate to them what you no longer need to do.  Eliminate, automate, delegate.  Before delegating, though, you need to be sure that you've eliminated every task that does not even need to be a part of your day or any of your other team member's days.
