This forces your body and muscles to work harder. Yoga Helps to reduce stress hormone cortisol which can inhibit the fat burning result. Drink Water 8-12 8 oz glasses of water a day. Aim for 1 gallon of water a day. Eat Post Workout Need to have protein 15-30 minutes max from completing your training especially with strength & resistance training.
