#413: Howie Stern — Adventures While Photographing Arctic Expeditions

This week we are joined by adventurer, photographer, ultrarunner, and awesome guy Howie Stern!! Howie just finished photographing the first part of Ray Zahab and Kevin Vallely’s expedition crossing Ellesmere Island in the Canadian Arctic. In this episode we’ll talk all about this expedition and the first one Howie went on with Ray in Baffin Island. We also talk about what the brutal cold feels like, the challenges of getting to these remote places, and what it’s like to be approached by Arctic Wolves!!
